You can access Really Simple Systems CRM and your data from anywhere where you have Internet connectivity: from your office, your home, your laptop, your hotel room or from a public Internet terminal in a hotel or Internet café. All the software and your data is hosted on our dedicated servers located in North London. There is no software to install or update, all you need is a browser.

Having the whole system 100% hosted solves the tricky problem of synchronisation: your data is on the office server but you are out of the office, or you have offices in multiple locations. If you have multiple sets of data (on your laptop, in other offices) then they need to be regularly synchronised, and this process can lead to out-of-date data or data corrupted or lost. With Really Simple Systems all the data is held in one real-time database, with no need for complicated local or synchronisation applications.

Backup

Your data is backed up and held off-site every night for total safekeeping. If you delete data by mistake we can roll your system back to how it was yesterday or a week ago. You cam have a full copy of your data whenever you want.

Standby Facilities

We run a permanent, live, standby system 24 hours a day in another geographical location so that in the event of a disaster in our datacentre users can switch seamlessly to another system.

Data Ownership

There's no confusion as to who owns your data with Really Simple Systems. Each customer has their own database which can be downloaded at any time for local backup or analysis, so you will never be locked in. For a small additional fee a copy of your data can be ftp'ed to your servers every night.

Fast, friendly support is available every business day by either email or telephone. Business day support is included as standard, 24/7/365 support for an additional fee.

Really Simple Technical Requirements

All you need is a browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or above, Mozilla Firebird, Safari or compatible) and a connection to the Internet (modem or broadband). You can access the system from a PC, a Mac, a Linux box, or a handheld PDA or phone that has Internet access.
