We have recently invested in new software technology which enables us to connect to any PC which has internet access. We will only be able to access with your permission, so there are no security issues.
The time taken to deal with your technical issues in this way can be substancially reduced and can also save on call out charges.
DC trading cannot guarantee that all errors can be corrected, that fixes will be available or that error advice will be provided in all circumstances.
This service does not include on-site diagnostics, evidence gathering or negotiations with any third parties. We will, however endeavour to resolve your problems to the best of our ability as soon as possible.
Our usual call-out charges will apply should a visit to your offices be required.
